Common Problems and Quick Answers
I cannot log in to my account
Start at the My Account page and use the login form or password reset option. If you still cannot access your account, email us and we will help you get back in.
I created an account but do not see my tribute
Go to your dashboard and check your tribute list. If it is still missing, contact us and we will help locate it and make sure it is connected to the correct account.
I need to update photos, videos, or memories
Log in to your account and open your tribute dashboard to continue editing. You can add more content over time as memories are shared.
My family cannot access the tribute page
Double-check that they are using the correct QR code or NFC link. If access still is not working, contact us and we will help troubleshoot it.
I am not sure which tribute package to choose
Start by comparing the packages on the Pricing page. If you are unsure, email us and we can help you choose the option that best fits your family.
I placed an order and need help with shipping
If your order includes a physical frame or memorial item, email us and we will help with order status, shipping questions, and fulfillment updates.
My QR code is not scanning
Make sure the camera lens is clean and there is enough lighting. If it still does not work, contact us and we will help make sure the tribute link is working properly.

Do all packages include both QR and NFC?
Yes. Every package includes both QR and NFC access through the Legacy Link.
Are tribute pages ad-free?
Yes. Tribute pages are always ad-free and designed to remain respectful, private, and meaningful.
Can I update a tribute later?
Yes. You can continue adding memories, photos, and videos over time.
Do you engrave headstones?
No. We do not engrave headstones. We do offer custom engraving for a wide range of memorial keepsakes and display pieces.
What kinds of custom engraving are available?
Custom options may include urns, plaques, frames, memorial markers, and other personalized memorial items.
